Skeppsholmen is an island in the middle of Stockholm. nearest subway is Kungsträdgården, end station, the blue line (exit Kungsträdgården). Skeppsholmsgården is situated behind The Modern Museum(follow Svenssundsvägen).

You can also take the bus 65 from subway T-Centralen to Skeppsholmen. Get off at The Modern Museum.
